We reserve the right to refuse sale of any puppy to any person if we feel it is not a suitable match.
Call us immediately if you have any problems, questions or concerns.
We feed Nutri Source Puppy Food and recommend you continue to feed it for the first year.
PLEASE NOTE: DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE IF YOU FAIL TO PICK UP OR IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND. The only reason a deposit will be refunded is if the puppy becomes ill, injured or is not fit for sale. Once we receive your deposit the puppy will no longer be offered for sale, it will be on HOLD for you. Sending deposit is agreeing to this.
If you are ready to place a deposit on a puppy, please call, email or text to request a deposit contract. Once you request a deposit contract you have 4 hours to make the deposit payment. The puppy remains for sale until a deposit has been made. We often get multiple applications on the same puppy, if that happens we go in order of the time of the application. Remember deposits and payments are non refundable, unless there is a health issue with the puppy, refer to purchase contract, signed at time of sale for warranty coverage. Changing your mind is not a reason for refund.

Payment: I accept Credit Cards, PayPal, Venmo or Zelle Quick pay, (with no fees), no personal checks please. Texas is an origin based State, so all sales must have sales tax added. I prefer credit cards and pay-pal for deposits only; final payment in cash upon picking up the puppy.
NOTICE: All credit card and/or PayPal transactions will have an added fee of 4% transaction for manually entered cards. This is what we are charged and we have to pass this convenience fee on to our customers. Sorry about this, but we are losing too much in credit card fees.
Don't forget to make your Veterinarian appointment for your new puppy check up within 48 hours of purchase. Please use a private practice Veterinarian not Banfield Animal Hospital. (If you can't get an appointment within 48 hours, just let us know you need an extension). Please email us with the results of your First Check up.
Do not give your new puppy any type of vaccinations the first 3 days, allow the puppy time to settle in, the added stress is not good for the puppy.
